What you’ll do day to day:
• Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls and queries within agreed service levels.
• Managing inbound calls from German customers (B2B)
• Contribute to projects, process improvements, and other duties as required.
• Dealing with customers over the phone about IT problems
What Benefits you will receive:
• Salary: €2044 gross per month
• Working hours: 40 hours per week, shift-based. Opening hours are from 8:00- 20:00.
• Benefits: 24 paid holidays for the year, paid sick days – (70% of last received gross salary), and quarterly performance bonus.
